The electroplated steel sheet is produced by spraying an it air or gas with the equipment of continuous and radial type. The equipment includes plating tanks(1,2), plating solutions(3,4), conductor rolls(5,6), anodes(7,8), deflector rolls(10,11), and spray nozzles(12,13). The spray nozzle having the width of steel sheets(9) is located as follows : above the surface of plating solution. The optimum conditions of spraying process are as follows : (a)spray pressure is 0.2 to 30kgf/cm2, and (b)spray angle is 30 to 80 deg. in the opposite direction to movement direction of steel sheet. This process prevents surface contamination of plated sheet by sediment in plating solution, surface etching of plating layer by plating solution, and linear flow pattern on the surface of sheet. The disclosed steel sheet has good coating adherency and smooth surface.
