PURPOSE: To make a guiding part easily adaptable and insertable by motion of the organs and to assure its smooth direction changing. CONSTITUTION: The guiding part 5 is constituted by lining up polyhedrons 2 having a sp. gr. of at least >=1.0 in nearly one row, coating these polyhedrons 2 with a film 3 having elasticity and forming random ruggedness 4 on its surface. The guiding part 5 of this catheter verges on the vermiculation of the organs and is withdrawn into an organ. The random ruggedness 4 on the guiding part 5 in succession thereto verges on the vermiculation and is pulled by the same, by which the guiding part 5 is advanced into the organ and the catheter is smoothly withdrawn. |
