PURPOSE: To considerably improve the operability by automatically confirming the capacity of an external storage means and enabling an operator to execute the next processing after confirmation. CONSTITUTION: When an attachable/detachable storage device, for example, a RAM pack 5 where information is stored is attached, a control part 4 discriminates the storage capacity of the RAM pack 5 to display it on a display part only for a prescribed time at the time of the processing start of the device and switches the display screen of the display part 3 to the processing start screen as another display screen thereafter. |
