PURPOSE: To obtain a process for producing a stamper capable of suppressing jitters to a low level. CONSTITUTION: A glass master disk 13 formed with a conductive film 14 by vapor deposition, etc., is fixed onto a master disk holder l.!. on an electroforming vessel 1 filled with an electroforming liquid, etc. While a shaft 11 connecting to a cathode power source is kept rotated and while electric resistance is suppressed to <=15Ω, electricity is supplied to adhere nickel pellets 19 in an anode case 20 on the front surface of the conductive film 14, by which the stamper is formed.
