PURPOSE: To abolish the washing stage after ironing and eliminate the trouble of quality arising from insufficient degreasing by rounding a copper flat sheet to a cylindrical shape, then ironing the cylindrical copper by using an org. detergent at the time of ironing the copper flat sheet by pressing. CONSTITUTION: The copper flat sheet is first rounded to the cylindrical shape. The rounded article 1 is then ironed by pressing and at that time, the ironing is executed by using the org. detergent. The rounded article is subjected to laser welding at a butt joint 2 without passing the article through a washing stage which is practised in the conventional process. Since the detergent is the org. detergent, the evaporation at ordinary temp. is fast and the prompt laser welding is possible. The effect of cooling the heat generation from the copper products produced at the time of the ironing is obtd. as well and eventually, the seizure on a ceramics die is prevented. In addition, the need for the washing stage after the ironing is eliminated, the immediate laser welding from the ironing is made possible and the drastic shortening of the stage is possible. |
