METHOD FOR PARTIALLY STRENGTHENING HEAT RESISTANCE FOR CAST IRON AND WIRE ROD FOR WELDING USED THEREFOR

PURPOSE: To reduce the man-hours and the working time by executing the strengthening of partially heat resistance with a welded overlay and obviating the pre-heating and after-heating in this material. CONSTITUTION: The welded overlay is executed to the position 7 in the strengthened object of a cast iron material by a wire rod for welding (welding wire 1) containing heat resistant material and a little quantity of aluminum in the inner part. The welding wire 1 is constituted by filling a capsule particles coating suitably smaller diameter of aluminum particle than the core material of the heat resistant material in a sheath material having high fitness with the cast iron.
