PURPOSE: To eliminate the necessity of factory piping and piping supports and save the space for the factory piping by providing communicating pipes connecting piping elements of adjoining foam molding machine main bodies one another. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of piping integrated type foam molding machines A are disposed in parallel on the given positions of a factory at the given intervals. Then, various kinds of piping system elements MS are connected one another airtightly by communicating pipes 19. Plant utilities such as compressed air, vacuum pumps, cooling water, raw materials and vapor and a drain recovery source and others are connected with the piping system elements MS of a first foam molding machine A of an arranged piping integrated type foam molding machine A group. On the other hand, the ends of piping system elements MS of a last foam molding machine A are blocked respectively by blind covers 21. Thus a constitution of the foam molding machine piping element group having the length of one unit of foaming machine main body with the communicating pipes connecting respective piping elements MS of adjoining molding machine main bodies can be formed by the arrangement to save the space for the factory piping. |
