<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-incisive implant that can be implanted into a jaw, and to provide a crown structure that is formed from a ring body having lined holes, and furthermore to provide a method of preparing this crown structure. SOLUTION: The tooth restoration structure has as a whole a tubular tooth neck 26, a wrench part 28 with a sharp top and equipped with incisors 40, and an implant 12 that can be implanted into a jaw, and the device is constituted as each incisor 40 has a cutting leading edge 42 and a peripheral edge 44, bottom side of the tooth neck 26 is perpendicular to the side wall 30 of the tooth neck 26 in such a manner that the tooth neck 26 is connected with the wrench part 28 in a stair-step way and, the peripheral edges 44 of the incisors 40 around the tooth neck 26 are taken in the plane formed by the side wall 30.</p> |
