PURPOSE: To form an electrocorrosion-preventing roller bearing such that good moldability is maintained of an insulating resin coating further to sufficiently suppress a temperature rise when rotated at a high speed and when rotated in sudden acceleration/deceleration. CONSTITUTION: In an electrocorrosion-preventing roller bearing having an insulating coating 4 in at least one surface of an inner/outer ring 1, 2, the insulating coating is formed of a thermoplastic resin containing 15 to 70vol.% ceramic fine powder of 0.1 to 100μm grain size with 20W/(m.K) or more coefficient of thermal conductivity. As the ceramic fine powder, aluminum nitride fine powder is applied, and as the thermoplastic resin, a polyphenylene sulfide resin is applied.
