PURPOSE: To achieve reduction of plant cost and save the space for equipment by a method wherein after forming a film derived from modified material on a tubular film surface by passing the tubular film obtained by an inflation method through a bath containing modifying agent, the tubular film is cut open. CONSTITUTION: Air is sent into a tubular film extruded from a circular die fitted to an extruding machine 1, which is gradually inflated to a film F1 of a specific width. The film is pinched with nip rolls 3 to be drawn. The tubular film F1 which is drawn by being pinched with the nip rolls 3 is processed by corona discharge treatment as occasion demands. Then, it is passed through a bath 5 containing a modifying agent 5a, dried with a drier 6, and becomes a tubular film P2 wherein a film derived from the modifying agent 5a is provided on its surface. It is cut open with a cutter 7, and a synthetic resin film F3 with a film A only on one surface is obtained. |
