<p>PURPOSE: To provide the operation controller for the plant which can grasp state quantities of the object plant, etc., in case of abnormality occurrence and perform correct operation and enables an operator to restore the plant in the abnormal state to the normal state while aware of the adequacy of the operation. CONSTITUTION: The operation controller, equipped with a device 20 which monitors plant data from instruments 19, etc., arranged in the plant, cameras 12 and microphones 13 arranged in the plant site, monitor sensors such as vibration meters, abnormality judgement devices 5 and 18 which judge whether or not there is abnormality on the basis of detected values from those sensors and outputs abnormality states in case of abnormality, and a measure guidance device which displays guidance information regarding the operation of respective plant constitution parts, is provided with an operation determination support device 2 having a means which estimates the generation establishment (postestablishment) of transition of both the efficiency and safety of the plant on the basis of variation of relative plant data in case of abnormality, and a means which indicates which operation in a treatment guidance should be performed to the operator by a statistical intention determining means using the postestablishment.</p> |
