<p>PURPOSE: To lessen the construction cost of a cooling plant to be required for grounding of a high tension cable. CONSTITUTION: In each of many shaft structures C which are built along a tunnel 3 for a high-tension cable, a cooling plant which is constituted of a cooler 17, a heat accumulating water tanks 18, etc., is built. The tunnel 3 is cooled dispersely by means of the cooling plants which are built separately for each of the shaft structures C. Compared with the conventional method wherein the tunnel is cooled by means of a large-scale cooling plant which requires the construction of a regulator, the construction cost can be lessened and noise can also be reduced.</p> |
