PURPOSE: To simulate the operating state of an incinerating plant by varying a period, a parameter at a reference signal for deciding a burning state, and superposing a chaos signal, thereby so correcting the reference signal as to approach the refuse material change of a real plant. CONSTITUTION: A signal of the actual value of a low-level heat generating amount of refuse corrected to a non-periodic vibration state is output as a reference signal after correction by the superposition of the output signals of multipliers 6a-6n. Arithmetic units 2a-2n execute the calculations of chaos signal based on the setting of the calculating parameters C1 -Cn of parameter setting terminals 4a-4n and the initial values X1 -Xn of the initial setting terminals 5a-5n at each calculating periods T1 -Tn of the period set terminals 3a-3n. The chaos signals of the units 2a-2n are added to the signal of the reference signal input terminal 1 by an adder 8 to be superposed. The signal of the low-level heat generating amount of the refuse corrected to the actual value by the superposition is output from a reference signal output terminal 10. |
