PURPOSE: To provide a linear motor where the safety and reliability of the signal line can be improved between a sensor and a motor control circuit. CONSTITUTION: In a linear motor with a stator block 1 consisting of a stator case 2, a first permanent magnet 3, a feeder substrate 4, and a position setting part 20, a movable element block 5 consisting of an electromagnet device 6, a first feeder brush 11, and a sensor 22, and a motor control circuit with a first power conversion part, signal transfer brushes 24a and 24b for transferring the detection signal of the sensor 22 are provided at the movable element block 5. Further, a pyroelectric substrate 21 with first conductive parts 21a and 21b for transferring the detection signal of the sensor sliding along the signal transfer brushes is provided at the stator block 1. |
