<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the malfunction of a control means when a boosting means supplying power to a control circuit is made to be from an operating state to in an inoperative state by preventing the boosting means from transferring to be in the inoperative state when the output of a power source means is a prescribed level or below. CONSTITUTION: In a state that a boosting means 3 is not operating, the voltage relation of the output of a power source means 1 of VBAT>=VDD is established. Next, when the boosting means 3 starts to operate, VBAT slightly lowers because of a boosting operation, and VDD is rapidly boosted because the boosting means 3 operates, rises up to a prescribed voltage and is stabilized. At the time, VDD>=VBAT is established. When a boosting operation is completed, comparatively light load operation and heavy load operation are performed and VBAT fluctuates. When a series of operations are terminated, a voltage detection means 2 starts to detect the voltage of VBAT. When VBAT is restored up to a prescribed voltage, the boosting means 3 is made to be in not operating state. These are controlled by a control means.</p> |
