PURPOSE: To provide a combustion controller for a heat storage type burner in which the temperature fall in a heating chamber and the decrease of waste gas temperature to a sulfuric acid dew point or lower can be effectively prevented while enhancing a heat recovery rate. CONSTITUTION: Fuel gas is supplied to one 10a of a pair of gas burners for forming a heat storage type burner via a fuel shut-off valve 18a, combustion air is preheated by a heat storage unit 23a via an air shut-OFF valve 24a and supplied from a air blower 26 to a burning state, the other gas burner 10b is set to a noncombustion state by closing a fuel shut-off valve 18b, an air supply and exhaust port 14a is communicated with a waste gas suction fan 8 via a waste gas shut-off valve 27b, the waste gas is sucked into a heating chamber to heat exchange the waste gas of high temperature with a heat storage unit 23b to be stored. The combustion air temperature of the output side of the unit 23a of the combustion side is detected by a combustion air temperature sensor 30a, and when it becomes a lower limit set temperature or lower, the gas burner 10a of the burning state is set to the nonburning state, and the burner 10b of the nonburning state is switched to the burning state. |
