摘要

PURPOSE: To improve the durability of a magneto-optical disk as well as to extend the selection range of a curable resin material for forming an org. protective film by preventing bubbles from entering the org. protective film in the conventional sheet transfer method. CONSTITUTION: When an org. protective layer is formed by a sheet transfer method on a recording layer on an optically transparent substrate to produce a magneto-optical disk, the top of the recording layer is uniformly coated with a curable resin and a process for superposing a flexible die on the resin and a process for curing the resin are carried out in a vacuum of <=8×10<3> Pa.
