<p>The method is for crushing the waste tyres into particles in order to recycle the waste tyres. It comprises a step of cooling the minutely cut tyres in the range of - 70 - 100 deg.C while moving them through a precooler(1A), covered by a coolant pipe(9A); a step of cooling them in the range of -140-160 deg.C by a cryogenic precooler(1B); a step of crushing them into particles by a crushing cutter(6); a step of cooling the particles in the range of -170-180 deg.C by the other cryogenic cooler(1C); and a step of spraying the cooled particles by use of sparyor(7) and a shock plate(8).</p> |
