The armoured vehicle is accessed via an air lock (2) with internal doors leading to the driving position (1) and to the rear strong room (3). The safe box (9) is in a rear corner of the vehicle with a remote access hatch (10) in the side of the vehicle. The cash bags are stripe coded and are loaded in and out of the safe box via a sensor linked to a controller. The heavier cash boxes are loaded via a security hatch (11) near the front of the vehicle with rollers to support the weight of the boxes. The boxes are stored in the strong room. The rear cash hatch is just wide enough to take the cash bags and has an extending conveyor to move the bags.
