FIELD: metallurgy of special steel, namely, ferritic steels based on ferrum with main chromium addition, used for manufacture of different parts in mechanical engineering, for instance, automotive vehicle exhaust system parts. SUBSTANCE: ferritic corrosion-resistant steel contains ferrum, aluminium, carbon, chromium and additionally silicon, molybdenum, titanium and vanadium at the following ratio, mass %: carbon - 0.02-0.09; chromium - 5.0-13.0; silicon - 1.0-2.5; aluminium - 0.09-1.65; titanium - 0.2-0.8; molybdenum - 0.07-0.35; vanadium - 0.07-0.15. Summary amount of titanium, molybdenum and vanadium should be not less than 0.5 %. EFFECT: increased processing ductility of metal, provision of ductility of welded joints with simultaneous increase in heat resistance in burning product media and corrosion resistance in salt and acid media. 1 cl, 1 tbl |
