FIELD: chromatography, analytical control of composition of complex paraphase mixtures and their separation. SUBSTANCE: method consists in injection of paraphase mixture with flow of eluent into chromatographic column filled with conductive sorbent and in creation of potential difference between electrodes build-in at ends of chromatographic column and contacting conductive sorbent inside column. Zirconium and scandium are used as conductive sorbent. EFFECT: high efficiency of method.
