摘要 |
PURPOSE: To provide a microwave dielectric ceramic composition capable of widely controlling εr (relative dielectric constant), Qu (no-load Q) and τf (temperature coefficient of resonance frequency) within a practical characteristics range and keeping these characteristics in good balance. CONSTITUTION: This ceramic composition is obtained by adding V2 O5 in an amount of <=2wt.% (excluding 0) and TiO2 in an amount of 0.1-0.6 based on 100wt.% of the Bi(Nbx Ta1-x ) to a composition expressed by the formula Bi(Nbx Ta1-x )O4 (0<(x)<=0.96) used as a main component. The addition amount of V2 O5 is preferably 0.2-1.0wt.% and the addition amount of TiO3 is preferably 0.1-0.6wt.%. τf of 15 to +12ppm/ deg.C, QU of 500 to 900 and εr of 42 to 50 can be secured by using the above composition. The baking temperature for producing the ceramic composition is 875-950 deg.C. |
