PURPOSE: To feed concentrated water in a membrane filtering device to an ozone reaction device without using a pressure regulating valve and a pump, when raw water for city water, etc., are separated with a membrane of the membrane filtering device and the concentrated water is treated with an ozone reaction device and an active carbon treating device, etc., and then is mixed with the raw water and circulated to a membrane separation device. CONSTITUTION: The raw water is fed from a storage tank 1 to the membrane filtering device 3 by a pump 2 and separated to permeation water and the concentrated water by the membrane and the concentrated water is circulated and returned to a storage tank 1 through the ozone reaction device 5 and the active carbon treating device 6, and also a concentrated water discharge pipe 14 of the membrane filtering device is directly connected with an introduction pipe 12 of the ozone reaction device and the residual pressure of the concentrated water at the membrane filtering device is utilized to supply the concentrated water to the ozone reaction device. |
