<p>PURPOSE: To hold a key plate, disposed in a cavity, positively by a mold to mold resin. CONSTITUTION: The head 2 of a key device with built-in electronic parts is provided with an inner case part 6, an outer layer covering part 8 fixed to the outside of the inner case part 6, and a recessed part 5 formed at the inner case part 6 and disposed almost parallel with a key plate 1, more on the cutout part 3a side of the key plate 1 than the head part 1a of the key plate 1. An electronic part 4 is held in the recessed part 5 by a holder 7, and the contact part of the inner case part 6 is partially exposed to the outer surface of an opening part 8a formed at the outer layer covering part 8. When the key plate 1 is disposed in the cavity of a mold at the time of manufacturing the key device with built-in electronic parts, the contact part of the inner case part 6 is brought into contact with the mold to fix the key plate 1 into the cavity, and then fused resin is supplied into the cavity to form the outer layer covering part 8 on the outside of the inner case 6.</p> |
