PURPOSE: To transmit a driving force to two output shafts by providing the unit with a power spring between a drive gear and a frame, the first travel gear mechanism for transmitting the travel rotation force of the drive gear to the first output shaft and the second travel gear mechanism for transmitting the force to the second output shaft. CONSTITUTION: When an automobile toy kept in such a condition as pressed to a floor or the like, is moved in a backward direction and the rear tires 59 thereof are rotated in the direction of an arrow CW, the winding rotation of a rear wheel output shaft 7 and a gear 27 is transmitted to gears 39, 33, 31 and 9a in order, thereby winding a power spring. When the toy is released from hands, the power spring is unwound to rotate drive gear 9 (9a and 9b) and the large-diameter gear 37 of the first travel ascending gear section moves in the first travel gear mechanism 17 to be engaged with a small-diameter gear 39. As a result, the travel rotation of the gear 9 is transmitted to a gear 27, thereby rotating the rear wheel output shaft 7. Also, the rotation of the gear 9 is transmitted as well to the second output shaft 5 for the front wheels via the second travel gear mechanism 15.
