PURPOSE: To help bathing easily for one nurse by providing a framed lift with a body weight balancing weight receiving box, longitudinal column, lateral column almost horizontally extended from the upper end of the longitudinal column, hanger for nursing, means for vertically and horizontally moving the hanger, and fall preventing means. CONSTITUTION: The framed lift for nursing is provided with a body weight balancing weight receiving box 17 for housing a body weight balancing weight 19, longitudinal column 18 rising from near the central part, lateral column 25 almost horizontally extended from the upper end of the longitudinal column 18, hanger 29 for nursing drooped from the lateral column 26, manual chains 30 and 32 for vertically and horizontally moving the hanger 29, a pair of stop pins at the upper part of the longitudinal column 18 and mobile pins fixed to a shorter column 22 on it as the fall preventing means. Then, a body holder put on a person to be nursed is coupled to the hanger 29 and while manipulating the vertical and horizontal chains 30 and 32, the person to be nursed can be safely bathed. Further, the revolutions of the lateral column 26 are limited by a pair of stop pin and mobile pin. |
