摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain a coating film capable of being uniformly coated on the surface of glass, ceramic, metal or the like and having high flaw resistance by incorporating zinc, titanium and boron as metallic ions in an organic solution. CONSTITUTION: The coating solution is obtained by adding 0.01-0.5mol% zinc, 0.01-3mol% titanium and 0.01-1mol% boron as metallic ions to an organic solvent such as an aliphatic monohydric alcohol, polyhydric alcohol, an alkylene glycol monoalcohol,β-diketones or the like so as to contain them in the ratio of (zinc)/(titanium)=0.01-50, by adding, for example, zinc acetate into 100ml acetyl acetone so as to be 0.1M metal molar concn., dissolving it under heating, adding titanium isopropoxide so as to be 0.1M metal molar concn., and stirring it, dropping 2.0ml 6N hydrochloric acid and heating it, dropping an alcohol solution, in which boric acid is previously dissolved, so as to be 0.1M boric acid molar concn., stirring and cooling it. The coating solution is applied by dipping or spin coating method and fired to obtain the thin film.
