Therefore, it is very useful in the food industry. CONSTITUTION: A composition for removing a hangover is characterized by containing, as an active ingredient, hot water extracts of plants, such as persimmon, citrus peel, mugwort, Chinese matrimony vine and buck wheat, containing polyphenol compounds or bioflavonoid compounds.
