The gearing comprises a housing (21) which has a first gear step (11), consisting of a pinion (24) and a spur gear (25). A second gear step (12) consists of a sun wheel (34), at least one planet wheel (36), and a hollow wheel (37) in the housing. A disc brake (20) with two discs (31,32) is located between the two gear steps. The spur gear is axially fixed and rotatably mounted. The sun wheel comprises a plate-shaped extension (72) on the side facing the spur gear, via which it is non-rotatably, but axially slidably coupled to the spur gear, acting on a pressure pin passing through the housing. The plate-shaped extension carries a pressure disc (78), and a second brake disc (28) support non-rotatably and axially fixed.
