<p>PURPOSE: To derive a flow rate signal and a suction air temperature having no temperature dependency individually by providing a circuit for detecting the flow rate of suction air and a circuit for detecting the temperature and then adding the detection signals. CONSTITUTION: A bridge circuit 22 includes a heating resistor 9 and a flow rate detection voltage V1 is outputted from the joint (c). A suction air temperature detection circuit 24 includes a temperature compensation resistor 11 and a temperature detection voltage V2 is outputted from a joint (e). An adder circuit 27 adds the voltages V1 and V2 to match the sum with a reference flow rate voltage V3 thus deriving the flow rate and the temperature of suction air through a simple modification of a processing circuit 21.</p> |
