<p>PURPOSE: To construct the roofing of a sub-house without difficulty and in a short time, by a method wherein a roofing unit integrally prefabricated at a factory is carried to a construction site and is attached to the structure of the sub-house or a main house. CONSTITUTION: A roofing unit 8 wherein a sheathing roof board 39 made of plywood is put on the upper surface of a roofing frame 35 and a roofing plate 41 is put on the board 31 through heat-insulating material 40, is integrally prefabricated at a factory. This roofing unit 8 is carried to a construction site and the roofing frame 35 is fastened either to frameworks 3, 3 at the side part of a sub-house or to a framework 2 of a main house, using metallic fasteners 10, 10, 11. In this case, the outside of the upper end parts of external walls 7... for the sub-house is covered with a curtain wall part 115 integrally formed on the roofing unit 8, and hence weathering of this part is made better.</p> |
