The dielectric ceramics for microwave is composed of 14-20 mol% barium oxide or barium carbonate, 9.4-20 mol% samarium oxide, 0.5-6.3 mol% lanthanum oxide, 60-72 mil% titanium oxide, 0.05-2 wt% an sintering aid additive such as copper titanate from copper oxide and titanate, copper borate produced from copper oxide and boron oxide. The dielectric ceramics having high quality factor and low sintering temperature is used as an EMI filter, dielectrics for an oscillator and a capacitor for temperature compensation.
