PURPOSE: To facilitate the molding of a fiber-reinforced resin mold material having a T- or J-shaped section to be applied to a platelike structural material for an aircraft by bending in a U shape the material set in mold by forcing a rodlike core from above, and-then molding it by a bend roller, etc. CONSTITUTION: A flat platelike fiber-reinforced resin material 1 in which prepregs are preliminarily laminated is set on upper horizontal parts 3b of mandrels 3, 3. Then, a push rod 4 of rodlike core is forced to a gap 2 between the mandrels 3, 3 together with the material 1, the material 1 is bent in a U shape, and then the mandrels 3, 3 are pressed to bring the opposed surfaces of the material 1 into close contact. Thereafter, a bending roller 8 is horizontally moved to crush the material 1 to mold the material in a fiber-reinforced resin mold material of a J-shaped section, and simultaneously the end of the material is pressed to be bent by the upper horizontal surfaces 3b of the mandrels 3 and a bending roller 9, thereby obtaining a product. |
