PURPOSE: To make it possible to fix a wiring harness on a car body panel with offset position varied. CONSTITUTION: A projected car body anchoring part is formed at one end of a board 3a, and a projected band lock part 3d is formed at the other end. A band part 3e is formed in the center of the band lock part, and is wound around a wiring harness W/H. The band part 3e is then inserted into the box opening 3j in the band lock part 3d on the car body anchoring part side. Anchoring lock knobs 3p, 3q are anchored and locked in the recessed area 3i between adjacent anchoring lugs 3h, and the wiring harness is installed in a small offset position. The band part is inserted into a box opening 3k opposite the box opening in the band lock part on the car body anchoring part side. The anchoring lock knob 3p is anchored in the recessed area 3i between the adjacent anchoring lugs h, and a wiring harness is installed in a large offset position. |
