<p>PURPOSE: To provide a card holder mainly adapted for a visually handicapped person as means for easily and effectively identify the balance and the type as the sense of touch when a stored fair card is used. CONSTITUTION: A card 1 is inserted between an upper board 5 and a lower board 6. When a card holder is pressed by a finger, since the board 5 is formed of sponge at the part except a slender rod 3, the rod 3 protrudes, when holes 10 are opened at the card, through the outer surface of the board 6, but does not, when the hole 10 is not opened, protrude. Accordingly, the position of the hole 10 which is impossible to be identify only in contact with the card such as 1mm or less in size can be simply identify by using the holder.</p> |
