Porcine anti-TNF- alpha (cachectin) antiserum, antibodies, and methods for obtaining such are disclosed. The invention teaches the production, screening, purification, and testing of porcine anti-human-TNF- alpha antibodies. The methods and antibodies of the present invention are useful for pharmaceutical, clinical, laboratory and diagnostic uses. |
