PURPOSE:To facilitate and ensure the yarn end suction on the operation of yarn-end connection, by setting a movable parting piece between the yarn- separating nozzle and the false-twisting nozzle. CONSTITUTION:In a bind-spinning frame, a partition valve (a separating piece) is set movably in the reduced-pressure chamber 1d between the fiber-separating tube (nozzle) 2 and the false-twisting nozzle. On the operation of yarn connection, the feed of pressurized air to the false twisting nozzle 3 is stopped, the partition valve 4 is allowed to advance into the reduced-pressure chamber 1d to close the outlet 2c of the yarn-separating nozzle 2. At this state, the yarn end Y taken out of the wound yarn on the winder is led to the outlet of the false twisting nozzle 3 and the pressure in the chamber 1d is made negative by sucking from the tube 5. Thus, the yarn end is easily and steadily introduced into the chamber 1d. |
