<p>A motor car, having a cab positioned rearwardly, includes a body, a chassis, an engine, a wheeling system, electric means and instruments. The body is divided into a front passenger compartment and a rear cab, longitudinally. The panoramic windscreen of the car is higher than the top of the passenger compartment, so that a driver can be in a position to monitor passengers, thereby preventing the car being robbed. Because of the arrangement of the car, the engine of the car can be placed in middle or rear as well as the car can be rear-driven and rear-operated. The invention has advantages of a uniform load-distribution between front and rear axles, a better driving performance (climbing ability, lighter deadweight, and a better visual field to passengers) and other construction performance (a flat floor, a compact construction, a better space utilization, a lower cost and bumping safety). The car may be suitable for a taxi and a family car.</p> |
