The method is performed employing limited consumption and useof blinders and the end product has improved strength qualities.By the method the mineral fibres are collected on seperatesegments, following one after the other, on the conveyor and theyare blown out in parts outside the collection chamber. Thesegment lamellar layers of mineral wool are passed onto a conveyorone after the other so that the mineral fibres get perpendicularlyacross the direction of the movement of the conveyor, and thelamellar layers of mineral wool are fed until the formationmultilayer cloth having a specified thickness after which they aresent to a furnace for the solidification of the binders
