发明名称 DEVICE FOR EVALUATING HIGH SPEED OPTICAL FREQUENCY CHANGE OVER LIGHT
摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a device to evaluate the frequency difference of step interval of a high speed optical frequency change over light whose frequency is changed at multiple steps by a unit time, with high resolution and in real time. CONSTITUTION: A light to be measured is divided into two by a separating means 1, and one light is delayed a desired time against the other light by a delay means 4, then the one delayed light and the other light are combined by a wave combining means 5. The resulted light is converted photoelectrically by a light receiver 6 to pick up a beat signal and the signal is analyzed by a signal processing means 7 to obtain the frequency difference of step interval of the light to be measured. For example, in the case where a desired time is assumed to be a unit time, the light whose frequencies are displaced one step each other are combined with each other, so that the the frequency difference of adjoining step interval of the light to be measured can be obtained.
