PURPOSE: To drive a lens properly, to unnecessitate high precision of mechanical parts and to facilitate maintenance of a die by correcting a lens drive amount according to the error of the mechanical parts. CONSTITUTION: Drive amounts of a lens barrel in respective distances are measured in several pieces of shutters based on a reference distance performing focus adjustment of a photographing lens beforehand before manufacture is started, and correction are applied to points exceeding a prescribed valueΔD. For applying such a correction, a nonvolatile readable/writable memory (electric erasable programable read only memory: EEPROM) is used for a correction circuit 24. Then, a correction value is stored in the EEPROM, and control corresponding to an operation result operated from outputs of a photometry circuit 21 and a ranging circuit 22 is performed by a control circuit 23, and the correction is applied to the lens drive amount in the direction of drive by the correction value outputted from the correction circuit 24, and required lens drive is performed. |
