PURPOSE: To operate a large scale circuit by a high frequency up to a large yield by forming a latch type Josephson circuit having a larger power source margin. CONSTITUTION: A first branch formed of a Josephson junction 111 and superconducting inductors 112, 113, a second branch formed of a Josephson junction 121 and superconducting inductors 122, 123, and a third branch formed of a superconducting inductor 161 and a Josephson junction 131 are connected in parallel, and the connecting point of the inductor 161 and the junction 131 is grounded. A shunt resistor 141 is inserted between a power source line 101 and the inductors 112, 113, and a shunt resistor 142 is inserted between the line 101 and the inductors 122, 123. |
