PURPOSE: To accurately measure moisture regardless of the change of material quality to be measured. CONSTITUTION: The light of a light source 1 is projected on an object 3 to be measured by a projection lens 2 and transmitted light or reflected light is incident on a detection element 6 through the filters 51, 52,..., having a comparison wavelength and a measuring wavelength not affected by moisture provided to a rotary sector 5 by a condensing lens 4. The output signals thereof are amplified by an amplifier 7 to be separated into the signals R1, S1, S2 corresponding to respective wavelengths by a signal separating and rectifying device 8 to be taken out by a synchronizing signal generator 9 and a plurality of moisture signals are operated by an operation means 10. |
