APPARATUS FOR GENERATING AND CONCENTRATING OZONE

PURPOSE: To provide an ozone generating and concentrating apparatus capable of removing influence of residual nitrogen in changing over adsorption and desorption in an ozone adsorbing tower. CONSTITUTION: In an ozone-generating and concentrating apparatus successively connecting an ozone concentrating apparatus 3 comprising an oxygen producing machine 1, an ozonizer 2 and ozone adsorbing towers 7a and 7b parallel connected and a reacting tower 4 using ozone, an ozone adsorption change over means 16 connected between the ozonizer 2 and an ozone concentrating apparatus 3 and charging ozone from the ozonizer 2 to desired ozone adsorbing tower 7a or 7b and refeeding unadsorbed oxygen to the ozonizer 2 and a desorption change over means 22 charging a carrier gas from an oxygen producing machine 1, etc., into the adsorption tower 7a in which ozone is adsorbed and charging the ozone into a reacting tower 4 and a purging means 30 purging a carrier gas containing nitrogen left in the adsorbing tower 7a to the side of the reacting tower 4 by a gas from the ozonizer 2 or the adsorption tower 7b during adsorption are provided.
