A device (V) is disclosed for sealing the transition between the frame of a window, in particular a skylight (2), and a sealing foil, preferably a waterproof sheeting (11), located on the plane that surrounds the window frame (3). The window frame (3) is surrounded by a foil shroud (K) joined to the sealing foil and set on edge in relation to the sealing foil. In order to obtain an easy-to-mount device with a simple design, the shroud (K) and a connecting section (A) to be joined to the sealing foil (waterproof sheeting 11) are made of a mitre (14) joined folded blank that forms a prefabricated shroud (K) that may be reversed on the window frame (3). |
