MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF INSULATED WIRE

摘要

The electric resistant wire is manufactured by (A) extruding polyolefin resin of inner layer, (B) irradiation crosslinking with electron beam, (C) extruding polyvinylidene resin of outer layer, and (D) annealing the extruded resin at 180-190 deg.C for 2-3 hours before crosslinking irradiating again with electron beam. By the proper annealing process, the thickness of the extruded resin is 01-0.2 mm and the obtained wire has good thermal resistivity.
