发明名称 OPERATION LEVER ATTACHING MECHANISM OF OPERATION LEVER DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain an operation lever attaching mechanism whereby rigidity around a tongue piece base part is improved without defective assembling and the backlash of a fulcrum part by providing a tongue piece with a projecting part to be the fulcrum shaft of an operation lever at a free end so as to permit its fixed end to face in the front surface panel direction on the upper surface of a boss. CONSTITUTION: The boss 30 is integratedly formed with a device mainbody, the upper surface is adopted as a receiving seat surface 31 which receives the circular part of the operation lever 20 and a tongue piece 33 with the projecting part 32 which is fitted to an engagement hole 23 of the operation lever 20 so as to be the fulcrum shaft at the free end is provided on the receiving seat surface 31. The tongue piece 33 is provided so as to permit the fixed end 33a to face in the front surface panel direction and the circumference except the fixed end 33a is separated from the receiving seat surface 31. Since the tongue piece 33 is bent with the fixed end 33a as the center at the time of assembling as indicated by a two-dotted chain line by this configuration, the corner part (a) of the projecting part 32 is positioned more internally than the inner surface of the engagement hole 23 at the time of completing the assembly of the operation lever 20 for the portion ofΔ11 so that the projecting part 32 is easily fitted to the engagement hole 23 without interfering with the hole 23.
