PURPOSE: To use the same frequency band to simultaneously measure the multiplex progatation characteristics of plural propagation lines with respect to the multiplex propagation characteristic measuring instrument which receives plural transmission waves, which pass plural propagation lines different from one another and are subjected to multipath fading in respective propagation lines, and measures the multiplex propagation characteristics based on these transmission waves. CONSTITUTION: This device consists of plural transmission equipments 1a to 1n arranged in space positions different from one another and a reception equipment 2 which receives plural transmission waves transmitted from these equipments 1a to 1n while moving. Plural transmission equipments 1a to 1n generate the transmission waves which consist of plural discrete spectrum components respectively and are so arranged that spectrum components constituting respective transmission waves don't overlap on the frequency base of the same frequency band. The reception equipment 2 simultaneously receives the transmission waves, which are transmitted from respective transmission equipments and pass plural propagation lines different from one another and are subjected to multipath fading in respective propagation lines, and measures the multiplex propagation characteristics based on them. |
