PURPOSE: To provide a multi-layer board for which the position to form a terminal electrode is not limited by effectively cutting off high frequency noise without using any shield case by surrounding a strip line inside a laminated board with a ground conductor film and a ground conductor. CONSTITUTION: A strip line 2 is formed between dielectric layers 1d and 1e of a laminated dielectric substrate 1. Ground conductor films 3 and 4 are formed on the outer surface side of the dielectric layers 1d and 1e to hold the strip line 2, namely, between dielectric layers 1c and 1d and between the dielectric layers 1d and 1e. Vertical ground conductors 5 and 6 pass through in the thickness direction of the dielectric layers 1d and 1e to hold the strip line 2 and are formed by plural via hole conductors for connecting the ground conductor films 3 and 4. Therefore, the periphery of the strip line 2 is surrounded by the ground conductor films 3 and 4 and the vertical ground conductors 5 and 6 and unwanted radiations from the strip line 2 is cut off. |
