<p>PURPOSE: To enable a magnet coil to be enhanced in water resistance, heat shock, and moisture resistance and enlarged in occupation area by a method wherein a cutout is provided to the peripheral end faces of both flanges respec tively leaving the axial inner end faces as they are, and a sealing part is made to cover not only the inner end faces but also the cutouts. CONSTITUTION: Cutouts 1d extending outwards in an axial direction as deep as prescribed are provided to the peripheral end faces of both flanges 1 of a magnet coil respectively leaving axial inner end faces 1a as they are. The cutouts 1d are tapered outwards in an axial direction. A sealing part 4b of thermoplastic resin is injection-molded so as to be formed covering the peripheral surface of a coil 2 between the flanges 1 and 1, wherein the sealing part 4b is extended so as to cover up to not only the the axial inner end faces 1a of both the flanges 1 but also the cutouts 1d.</p> |
